Are there any items I need to bring with me for my luxury pool home?

All of our luxury pool homes are fully equiped with all of the comforts of home (and then some!) and are ready for you and your family to enjoy. We have anticipated all of your needs and have accordingly furnished and equipped your home for the vacation of a life-time! All linens and towels are included and your kitchen is FULLY equipped. If you would like a more detailed listing of items included in your luxury pool home, refer back to the vacation home of your dreams and read over that homes details -- Keep in mind that there are extras in every home that might not be listed!

Will the pool at my luxury vacation home be heated?

While pool heat is available (for a fee) it is not included in the price of your luxury pool home. If you are interested in pool heat, simply check the box labeled "pool heat" underneath your reservation dates. Also make note of the fact that the fee for pool heat varies from home to home depending on the size of the pool and if there is a spa present.

We suggest pool heat during the months of October and May. The heat on you pool is set at a specific temperature and cannot be adjusted. A solar (pool) blanket is provided and should be used to cover your pool (when not in use) so the water will keep warm. Please be aware that should the outside temperture get too cold, pools heated by electrical means may not operate. Situations like this rarely happen but please see our Terms and Conditions for further information in regards to pool heat.

What kind of weather can I expect upon arrival?

Just like at home, the weather here in Florida varies from day to day and from hour to hour. We would suggest logging onto www.weather.com for a detailed look at the weather, as provided from The Weather Channel.

Are pets allowed?

While all of us love animals and have pets, we still cannot allow any animals in our luxury pool homes. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Is there daily maid service?

Maid service is provided prior to your check-in to ensure that your luxury pool home is clean, sanitized and ready for you and your family. During your stay, no further maid service is included. Should you require additional maid service, we offer a mid-term cleaning (reccommended for stays of 10 days or longer) for a fee -- A mid-term cleaning includes the laundering of all sheets and towels, cleaning of all bathrooms including the kitchen, mopping, sweeping and complimentary refreshing of your starter items. Your luxury pool home is fully equiped with items (mop, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, brush and dustpan, iron and ironing board) that will help you maintain the homes appearance during your stay. No cleaning chemicals will be provided but there is a Publix grocery store within 5 minutes from your luxury pool home.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only allowed outside or in outside areas (such as the pool area). All of our homes are Non-Smoking only. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.

How does the telephone work?

All of your local, long distance (within the United States) and toll-free calls are free of charge. Any calls outside of the United States will require either a credit card or a calling card. The telephone number to your luxury pool home will be given to you upon your arrival.
